Booking conditions
- Written quote: every project gets a detailed quote, valid for 30 days. Nothing is charged unless it appears in it.
- Deposit: a slot is confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the amount including VAT. The balance is due at the end of the session, or on delivery of files for mixing and mastering.
- Payment: bank transfer or card at the studio. No online payment on this website.
- Overtime: charged at the hourly rate of the service, only if you ask for it during the session.
- Rescheduling: free up to 7 days before the session, once. Full cancellation terms are in our Terms of service.
Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer and book at a distance (e-mail, phone, form), you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code. If the session takes place before that period ends at your express request, the amount for the service already provided remains payable. Details and model form in the Terms of service.
Business clients
Labels, agencies, production companies: prices excluding VAT apply and the invoice shows VAT. For late payment, penalties at the statutory rate and a fixed €40 recovery fee are due (Articles L.441-10 and D.441-5 of the French Commercial Code). These penalties do not apply to consumers.
