In short
- Voluntary approach: the company is not subject to the legal digital accessibility obligation.
- Reference: RGAA 4.1 and WCAG 2.2 level AA.
- No conformity audit has been carried out, so we do not state any conformity rate.
- You can report any difficulty; we will provide the information in another form.
Commitment
Bertrum Nivonu SARL wants everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their equipment, software or abilities. This statement applies to bertrumnivonu.digital, in its French and English versions.
Legal framework
The accessibility obligation in Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 covers public bodies and certain companies with turnover above €250 million. The obligations arising from Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), transposed by Law No. 2023-171 of 9 March 2023, have applied since 28 June 2025 to certain products and services, with an exemption for microenterprises providing services.
Bertrum Nivonu SARL, a microenterprise whose website offers neither online sales nor payment, does not fall within these obligations. Our approach is voluntary.
Conformity status
The site has not undergone an RGAA 4.1 conformity audit carried out with the official methodology. In the absence of an audit, we state no conformity rate and the site cannot be considered "fully compliant".
Standards taken into account in the design: the French accessibility framework RGAA version 4.1 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
Checks carried out
During design and launch (30 September 2026), the team checked the following points:
- Full keyboard navigation (menu, accordions, cookie banner, form), with visible focus on every interactive element.
- "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Language of each page declared (
lang), including the language of the version switch link. - Text alternatives for all informative images; decorative icons hidden from assistive technologies.
- Text contrast calculated with the WCAG method: 7:1 or more for body text, at least 4.5:1 everywhere.
- Hierarchical headings and identified regions (header, navigation, main content, footer).
- Labels associated with every form field, required fields stated in words.
- The system "reduce motion" setting is respected: animations and smooth scrolling disabled.
- No horizontal scrolling from 320 pixels wide, and text can be zoomed.
- Click targets of at least 44 × 44 pixels for the main buttons and navigation links.
These checks were made manually and with automated tests across all pages; they do not replace a full audit.
Known limitations
- The scrolling services band at the top of the home page is decorative and hidden from screen readers; the same information appears as text just below.
- The photographs are illustrations; their text alternative describes the scene shown.
- Contract documents (quotes, invoices) sent by e-mail may be PDFs; a text version is available on request.
- External links (OpenStreetMap, official websites) lead to sites whose accessibility we do not control.
Technologies used
HTML5, CSS3 and a lightweight JavaScript file that is not required to use the site: without JavaScript, all content remains readable and the form remains usable.
